Upon booking an appointment with us you must agree to the following:
Agreement and consent form:

• I disclose any allergies to latex, surgical tapes, cyanoacrylate, lidocaine, etc.

• I disclose any infections diseases or disorders.

• I understand the aftercare to maintain the care. 

• I understand the aftercare of my lash procedure is my responsibility.

• I give Brickellashes the permission to show my before and after photos of on their social media channels  or to potential clients.

• I give Brickellashes permission to apply eyelash extensions, pmu lips and ombre brows.

 

​Terms and conditions:

 

• Checks are not accepted.

• Taxes are not included in the prices. 

• To confirm your appointment a $55 - $100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking. You can use: cash app, zelle or/and venmo.

• If there is any issues within the next 24 to 48 hours after your appointment we will gladly correct the issue.

• We do not give refunds on services.

 

​Cancellations:

 

Brickellashes offers an appointment only basis; we are setting aside time specifically for you by booking an appointment.

 

Brickellashes has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

 

•  Any appointments cancelled  $55 -$100 deposit will not be returned. 

• Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and the $55-$100 deposit will not be returned.

• Please, be considerate of other clients' scheduled appointments and arrive on time or your appointment .

As a courtesy to our clients, Brickellashes offers appointment reminders through the squareup app. 

​

If you no show your appointment, Brickellashes will charge a no-show fee of $55-$100 and future appointments may need to be prepaid at the discretion of Brickellashes.
